Today is the last day of January 2012. So I stop to say, how far are you with those new year's resolutions or have you forgotten them? I knew I have slipped a lot so time for me to pick up the pace!!

The Maintenance Act, 2005 has repealed the Affiliation Act which since 1926 had provided for the determination of fatherhood and the maintenance of children where the parents are not married to each other. The situation now is that whether a child is of a single woman or not, it does not matter so far as the determination of paternity is concerned. In respect of maintenance, every parent has an obligation to maintain his or her unmarried child who is under the age of eighteen years, OR is in need of such maintenance, by reason of physical, or mental infirmity or disability. Every grandparent has a similar obligation in respect of the grandparent’s unmarried grandchild, in the event of the grandchild’s parents failing to maintain the child due to death, physical or mental infirmity or disability of the parents. Have you ever lost for words as to what your want? Hope someone would tell what you really felt. As at this point, I am not sure as what to do I am struck in this middle ground not wanting to go left or right Not wanting to hurt anyone But what does my heart really wants? Why isn't it sending the message to my brain? They always say to do what is best for you  But what does my heart really wants? He loves me , he loves me not keeps playing in my head Can I see myself in this life, till death do us part But what does my heart really wants? I feel like there is so much; I need to do!! Today, the government of Jamaica officially sworn in the senators and various members of parliament. The Most Hon. Portia Simpson Miller looked so majestic in her African theme orange skirt suit. The People's National Party (PNP) holds a 42-21 majority in the house. Time to get working now!!!!

Another Monday again, not the best day of the week.  Dragging myself to work. Oh I hate Mondays so much. But here I goo....... Why is this bus taking so long to get here, as usual late on Monday morning, must be feeling the same Monday morning blue . There is comes but it look packed from here and the bus stop is crowded. Let me wait my turn (these students are pushing like some cattles try to escape) I hope I didn't say that out loud ;-0 Yep , definitely standing all the way to Halfway Tree Ohh, but to my luck this lady is coming off at the next step so I will be sitting after all, YEEEEAAAH Hello, Halfway Tree Taxi driver stop blocking the way don't you see the bus wants to get into the park. A 600 just left pack to the brim. Oh, I see a 500, feet start walk I know you love the ride here but it is your time to work. Everyday someone dies Some we came in contact with and some we never got to met Its so sad to know, that you just saw that person, you just spoke to that person and now they are gone And no matter what others may say or do the empty space will always be there Just hoping and praying that when you open that door they will be there When you call their phone you will hear that voice you have long to hear Something you did , something someone said bought you back to that day The saddest moment in your life that you wish would just disappear As the sadness engulf your every tear Why me!!! You may scream But only God understand all you fear. So you cry out to him to hold you so dear and to never let you go Why did you have to go!! There was so much I had to say that I never got to How much you meant to me or how you touch my life with just your smile.
